Year Round Staff

Beacon's year-round staff team comprises the bulk of Friends of Beacon's mission: we exist to ensure that the full-time positions are financially supported in such a way that they are able to focus on their roles at camp, instead of raising funds to support themselves. We partner with each staff member (or staff couple, if applicable) to develop a reasonable budget for their needs, and then assist them in reaching out to current and prospective donors to tell their story.

By supporting our year-round positions, you are reaching to the very core of Beacon's ministry. We are able to reduce the burden on our staff, which then allows them to focus on the most important task: running a Christian camping facility that boldly proclaims the Good News of Jesus Christ.

You can usually find him planning another canoe trip or playing a new board game.
